LIVE HOOPS is a Phoenix,
AZ based nonprofit organization that primarily services youth within
the city and the numerous other cities in the area. All three of our
programs (Life in Basketball, Opportunities, and Ensure Success) are
offered to the youth here locally BUT that doesn't mean we can't assist
student-athletes outside of our targeted service area. If you are
a freshman through senior in high school then you are eligible to
enroll in our Opportunities program for youth who reside outside of
Arizona.
So what exactly is our Opportunities
program? This program focuses on motivating high school youth to
complete their education using basketball as a catalyst. This is
done by providing area youth with a strategic plan that includes
college preparatory training, ACT/SAT preparatory
training, career counseling, assistance in applying for college
financial aid and scholarships, and the facilitation of interaction
with college basketball programs regarding recruitment of LIVE
HOOPS student-athletes. Basically, we create a customized
plan for each student-athlete that will broaden/maximize your basketball
recruitment opportunities and show you how to continue your education
with or without a scholarship GUARANTEED!
To participate in this program all you need to do is follow up and
answer all the questions on the registration form as thoroughly
as possible. We'll then get back to you with your personal outlook
plan and be available to answer any questions you may have throughout
the season while completing it. Think of LIVE HOOPS as a resource to help you reach your athletic/collegiate goals.
Upon registering for this program we just ask that you make a donation
to our organization. There is no set donation amount and you decide
what you'd like to contribute. Donations are what allow us to continue
to provide these programs and are very much appreciated. If you're
